Delivery information for orders
We offer delivery to other countries. This is available for orders above the amount of 100 USD. You may select one of the following delivery options:

Please note that the cost and terms of delivery might vary according to your country. So contact the carrier for more details.
We currently accept the following payment options:
- SWIFT transfer (contact your manager for more details);
- Western Union Money Transfer (The buyer pays the transfer charges)
We do our best to make sure that the timescale quoted for delivery is not exceeded, but there may be delays during busy periods such as the holiday season or during major promotional events. We can not accept collections or deliveries during bank holidays.

Frequently Asked Questions
The prices for products are liable to changes at interval and any offers or sales may be
withdrawn without prior notice. However, we will contact you as soon as possible if there
is a change in price or a withdrawal after you have made your order.
Where do we deliver?
Feel free to direct all questions concerning your order, deliveries, and our website to our customer service team.
We have the right not to make delivery for any order that we consider not secure. For example, order to communal address or a PO Box. If your order falls within this condition, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Things we can’t do much about:
- Severe weather condition
- Strike action
- Alien invasion
But we would like to!
All cases of postal delays or losses will be handled no earlier than 14 business days. A Form for Lost in Post Claim must be completed in order to make a claim. Make sure all claims are made within 28 business days of the dispatch.
How do I confirm the dispatch of my order?
We inform the buyer via an email confirmation as soon as our dispatch team processes and ships all orders made with us online.
This email will contain the date expected for delivery of your order and a tracking number for deliveries requiring your signature. This way you will be able to monitor the progress of your order.
Can I get an exact date and time for delivery?
An email will be sent to you with the estimated time for the delivery. However, if you are not available at the time allocated, you can change the time if you use your mobile number to sign up on our site.
In other words, you will receive a text message containing the dispatch details of the order from our courier.
